Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment : Bookings are confirmed in accordance with the payment terms provided during the booking process. All prices and any additional charges are clearly displayed before confirmation.

Cancellation ; The applicable cancellation and refund conditions are those presented to guests before their booking is confirmed.

Check-in and Check-out :Check-in and check-out times, along with instructions for accessing the property, will be communicated before arrival.

Respecting the Property : The accommodation can host a maximum of 8 guests, including no more than 6 adults. Three double beds, two beds for children and a baby cot are available. Guests are expected to respect the property, its facilities, the animals living on the premises and the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. Parties and events are not permitted without prior approval.

Damage : Any damage must be reported promptly. Any repair charges must be justified.

Right of Withdrawal:  In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, bookings for tourist accommodation on specific dates or for a specified period are not subject to the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.
